Education
At Glance
Drawing from SDG 4 – education can be said to be one of the most powerful and proven vehicles for sustainable development; its however disturbing that, in Sub-Sahara Africa; of which Ghana is part children from the poorest households are up to four times more likely to drop out of school than those of the richest household. This is a very terrifying situation especially in sub-Saharan Africa where inequality has been identified as one of the main driving forces to poverty, armed conflicts and youth recruitment into terrorist networks.
We therefore see it as an obligation to contribute in our own way to address the situation from the foundation by focusing on child education in rural communities and adopting innovative ways to get children enrolled in school or participate in after- school programs.

Ensure that poverty will not be the reason for a child to stay out of school; where necessary we shall provide put in place measures aimed at children getting basic literacy and numeracy skills as a stop gap measure through our read and feed project.
Use after school engagements to give education to children whiles, we develop innovative ways to enroll them in formal community school.
Children in most rural communities do not have access to education, due to economic, social factors; and those who have access, lack quality because Ghana lacks the required number of qualified teachers.
